The
Unit is established in the year 1985 as a small Industry. Initially
the work area was engineering job work. Further the activities of the
Unit is expanded with Non-ferrous foundry, Water Pump Manufacturing,
manufacturers of Engineering sub assemblies and manufacturing of
precision machined components.
Led
by highly experienced technocrats and well equipped manufacturing
setup, we have been successfully catering to the demands of worldwide
customers.
We
are supplying our products to O.E. manufacturers of various products
like Pumps, Printing Machines, Packing Machines, Seals Manufacturers,
Machine tool industries, Gear manufacturers and most of them are
Exporters.

across various sectors of engineering industry, our products are sync

Portfolio
We
are involved in manufacturing of precision engineering products.
These are manufactured using graded raw materials and advanced
manufacturing technology. Our qualified and experienced team has
excellent workmanship to fulfill customer demands. Our Industry is
mainly involved in following four activities.
We
are manufacturing Copper base and Aluminium base alloy castings as
per customer requirement.
We
manufacture casting by molding process of sand molding, shell
molding, gravity die castings with in house facilities of pattern and
core making.
We
have well equipped machine shop with CNC, SPM and we are
manufacturing varies types of machined components like Bushes,
Bearings, Flanges, Gear Blanks, Levers, Impellers, Thrust Pads,
Nozzles, Valves, Plugs, Covers, Connectors etc.
We
are manufacturing Engineering sub-assemblies for various types of
machines.
We
are having facilities of Water pump manufacturing and testing.
Currently we are manufacturing four types of water pump assemblies
for OEM.
Quality
Control:
We
believe that it is the quality of products has made it a reputed
vendor in the engineering industry. We adhere to stringent quality
control measures that are in line with industrial norms. From
procurement of raw material to final products we have process control
on all manufacturing activities. For inspection of our products we
have in house facility of material testing laboratory, precision
measuring instruments and gauges. We also conduct varies training
programs for staff and employees, also adopting new tools for
production as well as quality improvement like six sigma, 5 s, etc.
